This would be helpful to ensure that correct class fringes are paid out on each job. Currently it refers back to PR master for class which would not have the correct fringe attached. If other PR items don't map back to equipment, job phase, work order then an error message comes up, however, class missing from job template doesn't create an error or warning. We need this to ensure that the certified payroll reports are correct.
