When you use the RP Report Export option to email a report, there is a dropdown to insert email addresses for users. However there is no way to shorten this list - it is all VA Users including deactivated users. Allow a way to shorten this list.

We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
Note that we would like to see this on all email exports, not just the RP Report.
This would be a beneficial feature as we have over 150 people that we would prefer to be filtered out. Having to scroll through all these additional people is an unnecessary user of time.
