Most of the STP validation errors I see occurring arise from fields containing invalid text, more often than not this is due to a blank space at the end of a field such as a State, address or email address field. Could you RTRIM these fields in the STP file generate to prevent these errors from occurring, as the STP validation errors window does not provide advice to the particular employee/s containing errors, it can be difficult to identify the source of the error.
