We are preparing for Vista implementation and we have almost 1,000 maintenance contracts. We learned work order created under SM Agreement billing does not show if the work was completed or not and we need to go to SM Work Order Billing. If we create an invoice from Work Order Billing, the invoice is not liked to the agreement even though the work order is created from the agreement. Is there any way to link work orders/invoice/agreement?
