Allow tracking of relatively low cost, high volume equipment as one item, with quantities tracked to jobs/warehouses. Tools like scaffold bucks or step ladders which are critical to a job & we need to know how many, but don't care which one we get. We have 100's of 6' step ladders, 3/8 cordless drills, manual conduit benders, etc. No foreman will weed through these lists to find 40 of each to get sent to his job. They just won't.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
The tracking of "Quantity" tools is really critical. I have been forced to look at third party systems because of this, even with the Field Mobile. We must know how many battery drills are on a job, but if we load them all into the EM module, we can't find anything else (almost). It confuses the foremen and the tool guys.
