Re-enable the tab option to dismiss the pop box

Users are unable to tab to dismiss a screen when an error popup occurs, user has to click on the error to by-pass the pop up.

In the 2.04 version of Vista, users no longer have the options to tab to dismiss the pop-up box in the MS ticket entry. They have to mouse and re-direct their pointer. This is time consuming when we have 100s of tickets to manually enters and have to transfer hands off the keyboard to the mouse. Case:31871767 we were told that the functionality was removed.
