A "on hold" warning already exists when setting up JC contracts or PM contracts. When you set-up JC JOBS or PM PROJECTS first, it auto sets-up the JC contract or PM contract, and JC jobs & PM projects don't throw a warning - so until a project is finished and you are invoicing, you don't get a warning code for on-hold customers, and by that time it's too late - the work has already been performed
