Once the batch is sent from the TC1 Inbox, the ability to change the batch month needs to be added.

The most efficient way to add an unapproved invoice to an AP transaction batch is by selecting the batch month from unapproved (there are also other filters, but it would be really tedious to go invoice by invoice to select the correct invoices for the correct month) in the AP Unapproved Invoice Posting Form. It adds all invoices from that month to the AP Transaction Entry batch. So if someone from AP accidentally put a January invoice in a December batch month in unapproved, it could be added to the AP transaction entry in the wrong month if the user is posting a December batch. That is why this feature is being requested.
The month entered with the AP Unapproved Invoice is only used to identify when the invoice was entered, not when it will be posted and expensed. Unapproved invoices from a prior month can be posted into a later month (see AP Unapproved Invoice Posting), once they have been approved and the actual expense month known.
Definitely would like to have this ability.
