We experience very slow speeds for nearly every task in Vista, I am in Kelowna BC and my peers in Vancouver experience the same low speeds.
I have worked in Toronto and Vista is lighting fast, my coworker has worked in Mexico City which was also lightening fast.
It's always been this slow here out west, but it wasn't until I worked in Toronto to know better was possible!
