Coming Soon: On April 2nd, all Suggestion Boxes will be migrating to The Network, Trimble's online user community. Your posts, votes, comments, and user accounts will transfer. This site will become read-only after the migration, and this banner will have a link to the new location for Vista suggestions.

Ability to approve a Purchase Order with more than 50 line items, at a Header Level

A recent update to the Vista Web Portal that allows managers to approve Purchase Orders at a Header Level has been greatly received, however it is restricted in the backend to not allow this level of approval if the PO has more than 50 lines. This is defeating the purpose of allowing Header level approval. Can this restriction be moved to a Portal setting option, rather than a backend system restriction? This would allow companies to make their own call on whether this should be allowed or not.
