We process our invoice through AP Automatic Invoice Entry. It will link to Trimble website after running this program. We need to be able to limit access to each person for specific inboxes so it will allow users to access to only their responsible inboxes, not all inboxes. We have had issues that users sometime access to the wrong inboxes and work on wrong invoices or post to the wrong companies.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
This would be super useful feature for us and all of companies we have on Vista
