Update Contract Billings and Receipts Report to include missing elements

What is not on the report:

Write-offs
Reverse Retainage Transactions
Adjustments (On the AR Customer Accounts by Contract Report, these transactions will have an A by them) or payments applied to Release Retainage transactions (On the AR Customer Accounts by Contract Report, these transactions will have an R by them)
AR Invoices that are not tied to a contract
