SL Worksheet Initialization - needs ability to limit only OPEN Status

There needs to be a prompt to filter SL Initialization by SLHB Status Or the initialization should only Include SL with Open status since Complete or Closed won't let you invoice anything, I don't want to have all the Completed and Closed Subcontracts initialized into the worksheet which then creates an annoying popup window indicating it is closed. It shouldn't be there in the first place if I'm not allowed to make changes.
