In AP Vendor Drilldown receive an error if the AP Vendor Notes/PM Notes are longer than a page. We need to be able to View these no matter the length of the Notes. This will remain an issue as we are constantly adding notes and building this file.

There are three Notes fields on the AP Vendor Drilldown report: Vendor notes, Transaction Header notes and Transaction Line notes. A quick in-house test failed to reproduce an error even when all three of these notes spanned multiple pages.
We reserve suggestion Box for enhancement requests - if this is an error, we will address it as a bug. Please open a Support ticket referencing the error you've encountered so we can collect details necessary to pass this along to Development.

To answer your question, yes, this change would be for the AP Vendor Drilldown Vista report which the notes come from the Vendor Master.
