In the AP Vendor Drilldown report, it will show who approved and the date, but the notes that were entered on the invoice itself do not show. These notes show the full story and we would need to see. For example, if an invoice is posted to a different PO per a request in the Notes, we wouldn't know this because the notes on the invoice do not show.
