Auto Fill in of Tax Options in PO Purchase Order Entry

Would help field employees on slow internet connections if the tax options auto fill from previous line, like how the phase and cost type do when creating a new line

    If you have the tax code set on the Job Master it will fill in when you pick job+phase+CT
