Should add "declined to self-identify" for gender too
On March 24, 2014 the OFCCP released Final Rules revising categories of Veterans and individuals with disabilities that contractors must track.
Currently there is just one line for "Disabliity". Based upon reporting requirements there needs to be two additional check boxes that reflect the required OFCCP form: "No Disablity" and "Did Not Wish to Answer"
