Add a Status Field to PM Subcontracts and PM Purchase Orders for User Tracking Codes in addition to interface status

Subcontractor Change Orders and Purchase Order Change Orders allow users to set a STATUS with Codes which allow Vista Users to know what is occurring on that change.  As these changes are worked on Team members change the Code, and via Work Centers and in our company each department monitors for the status they are responsible for; then when they complete their task they change the status to the next one.  This allows for easy monitoring and when completed, Approved status tell the final person it is ready to go.  Currently, the only status on these 2 modules is a locked field and basically only defines if it has been interfaced.

 

This option would be a great benefit in the PM modules for Subcontracts and Purchase orders as well and allow for consistency in monitoring and approving/finishing the process for users.
