In many states there is an escalation index that is published each month. Vista allows entry of the index in HQ and calculates the adjustment that should be made on any particular ticket. They do not however make the adjustment on the invoice or in JC. There is a report that tells you how wrong your invoices are but there is no way to make them right.
I posed this issue to the VCSHelp group and the best response I got was to refer me to a client that has done the programming on their own. I have asked multiple times if anyone has done custom to finish the job but got no response. I am confident it has been done as folks like Old Castle would have to use it.
Cobleskill Stone is also in need of this and A. Colarusso will be as well. Ray at Braen Stone Industries is the guy that did the programming on his own.
