Filter Bar always on

I would like the filter bar to always remain on. Or a setting to set it to always stay on so people have the option

  I see the benefit of having it available all the time. I think this is how the work centers work and is not consistent with that behavior. It would also be good if it left the past criteria in the filter bar too.

  Our company is noticing a huge delay in the ability to search using the filter bar. It is recommended that we close the filter bar and or clear the filter bar between each search. Clearing the search does help in some instances but would like to see this improved.

  I think this is a function that is helpful to have all the time in all the programs with just a single click or automatic vs having to do it again and again in every screen!

  Instead of per grid, per user? I concur! I don't see it really being in the way anywhere, and would love a global option to turn it on.
