Include display of vendor name in grid on AP Unapproved Entry

This would benefit AP as we currently review in the grid view and the name is not visible.  It would be even better to have the option to customize the grid to select which columns display.

    Andre - thanks for the tip - F3 access to Field Properties to show or hide additional info is often overlooked

    Hi Kim,

    You can currently do this. Click on any vendor in the vendor field and press F3. If you want it to be per user, stay on the User Overrides tab, if you wish it to be system wide, go to the System Overrides tab. On either of these tabs, select from the dropdown "Description in Grid" to "0-Show in grid only".
    It will then appear for either just you or everyone.
