Add Fleetmatics integration to the equipment module.  Pull in location and usage information to charge jobs.

  There are multiple fleet management software's out there with varying APIs, and you could get stuck playing "whack-a-mole" in constantly updating VP to use whatever service is the most popular.

  Perhaps there is room for a third party integrater here? Or what if you supported Zapier?
