Viewpoint has a lot of bugs and issues. For the ones directly related to a form control, we should be able to press a button, like f9 for example and then it would shown current known issues for that control.
In my case, we just password protected payslips and sent them to our employees due to the issue reportedly fixed in 6.14, little did we know there is another issue where it doesn't work of the default iOS client. So now we look incompetent again because of a bug. (Yes I know we could have tried it before hand, but we tried on Foxit/Gmail and it worked, so we thought it was fixed).
If we had a button we could press where it shows issues related to specific controls or related activities, I believe a lot of support cases would decrease as we wouldn't have to ask. Even if it's in the F1 Page, there is a section at the bottom for known issues with links to the corresponding case.
