Currently in Viewpoint if a person does not lock their timesheet in PR My Timesheet there are only two ways for someone other than the employee to lock the unlocked timesheet. You either have to log in to Viewpoint as that user or I have to go to VA User Profile and enter the employee's employee number in my User Profile. Go lock their timesheet and return to my User Profile and put my employee number back in. This is very cumbersome and if I happen to be out of the office when the Payroll Manager is trying to post time it holds up the process.
