When we assign Staff to a project, it would be nice if that also added their datatype security (ie adds that Project to their list of jobs they can access) versus having to do this in multiple steps.

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
I just answered my own issue. When I assign an HQ Staff Role to the user in VA user Profile, it auto-adds that user to the HQ Staff Role, so it maybe easier to develop the Staff Roles FROM the DataSEcurity Types from the VA User Profile ie after selecting a STaff Role, then add the Jobs for Datatype security and that user/Role get auto-added to the Projects.
That would be amazing yes. As well, if we have a wishlist, adding a VPUser should auto-add users into the HQ Staff Roles by having those roles as a drop-down list in the VA User Profile versus the HQ Staff Role updating the VA User Profile.
Perhaps an option that states as a checkbox, "Add to datatype security allowed list"? Would that work?
