We would like the ability to add attachments that would be employee specific to the portal. We have some HR related forms that we want to get out to the employee but currently in order to do that we would have to create an employee group with only that employee in it. We would like to be able to add attachments to their HR file with a special attachment type that would then be visible to the employee out in the portal.

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
This would be extremely helpful. We have ESOP documents that we need to provide to our employees and this would be a great way to accomplish this.
