Keystyle Documents naming when saved in Vista

When a new employee is added using Keystyle the names of the files do not contain the employee name or number. If you are sending multiple employees documents using DM, the receiver has to view every document to see who it is for. It would make sense to have the name or ID in the file name. if you export from the employee file it adds the name. Not sure why it wasn't added in the beginning. If you currently have a way for me to get this that would be great.
