Just happened to load a new employee - example JOHN DOE - but there was already a JOHN DOE in the system with a different middle initial and different SS# - but VISTA told me it would not save the NEW John Doe since one already existed with that sort name? So how about making the SORT NAME to include the initial of the person and then it would be different or add a number - JohnDoe2, JohnDoe3, - this planet has LOTS of people who have a same name. THANKS!!!
