When moving cost from one job to another the current form requires multiple entries. The form currently allows for an offset account number but if transferring to another job a new sequence is required. That becomes very cumbersome when there are multiple phases and cost types involved. If "offset job" and additional cost type/phase fields were added to this form it is possible to make the transfer with one sequence.
