Clearview: Give us the ability to add notes to existing issues

Sometimes we run across additional information that DIRECTLY relates to an issue which was created, but we have no way to add this information to the 'Issue' in clearview without opening a new support case.

It would be nice if we had a way to add notes to the issue, even if the note/comment had to pass by the owner of the issue before being posted to the issue.

  The new support.viewpoint.com system supports comments to cases, even closed cases. This is much better, thank you!
