Create Shortcut to open Calendar on Grids

We use the DateRecd/DateSigned on the Distribution tabs of RFIs, Submittal 6.5, Pending Change Orders etc.  Since it's a grid, we have to manually type in dates.  Why can't we open the calendar for a grid date like we can with dates on the Info tab?  Since it's the Distribution tab, we can't have this in Info format.  Shortcut to a calculator is not needed since that can be done with Windows.  How about a setting to allow us to override this shortcut to open the calendar in VP for date entry?

    Pending Change Orders is where I discovered.. mentioned above.  Silly to have to manually enter date.  Why make it hard to avoid weekend due dates?
