When a grid or screen is printed (via right click --> print) there are little identifiers on the printout. Requesting date, co#, page #s, identifier of file you are printing be added to the printout.

I think he means like having the key fields also print with the row data.
So for example, if you're in HR Resource Master, then click on the Skills tab and print the record, the Resource # might not show up? (I haven't tried it, but that's how I read it)
This is an interesting idea. Do you mean that when attachments are printed that there should be a footer that is printed in the printout that shows the attachment's date, co#, page #, etc. Or are you referring to when just the grid is printed having that information? (You mentioned "file" above, which is what's confusing me).
