Add levels of closed SM Work Orders like soft closed and hard closed like in Contracts. This would allow costs to continue to be posted to some work orders after they are closed, but not to ones that are hard closed. Due to the fact that we cannot change the customer or site after costs have been posted to SM Work orders we often have to make a new work order to replace one that has been created in error and transfer costs from one work order. The old work order is closed, but can still be reopened to post cost when in reality the cost should be posted to the replacement work order. This causes potential loss of revenue.
