Draggable start/end times for "Unavailable Time" on the dispatch board

As of 6.17 it feels like this feature was half-way programmed, then forgotten about.

I'd like to see it save the record instead of showing an error.

 

Setup an "Unavailable Time" if not already present

  1. Right click on dispatch board in the scheduling area and select "Set Unavailable Time".
  2. Fill out, save, and close the form.

 

Create the glitch

  1. Hover the mouse over the left or right end of the grey "Unavailable Time".
    1. Note how the mouse icon changes to the "left-right" arrow.
  2. Click and drag left or right.
  3. Let up the mouse button.
    1. The grey box changes length (as you would expect)
    2. You will get a BIG ERROR of "An unexpected software error was caught...etc".
    3. The change is NOT saved.
  4. Tap "Refresh Board Data" to see the "Unavailable Time" bounce back to it's original size.

Viewpoint, could you spare a few programming hours to either DISALLOW the dragging, or make it actually save the change?
