When our AR people are doing collections or responding to a customer inquiry, it would be nice to be able to reprint the invoices for the customer without going to the SM Invoice Review. We are finding that people are accidentally making changes to invoices when going back into there. If it could be an item under reports, or if they could automatically be added as attachments when looking at AR that would be great.

The only work around I have found for someone not familiar with the SM Invoice who could possibly make changes to the invoice is to take their security away from Open and only allow the Preview. But totally agree, an original copy of the invoice saved would be ideal.
