I'm wrong. The checkboxes in the tech configuration only make the whole row lighter or darker, but DO NOT change the 8am-5pm thing, not matter what you put in the start-end boxes.
Is there honestly no way to view varying start/stop times for the techs the dispatch board, or set the start/stop time to something other than 8-5?
you can do it one tech at a time. It would be nice to change the default though. :-)
We need the dispatch board to show a 7am start time for our union workers.

I think its pretty simple, we are just asking if the hours before 8am and after 5pm can be adjusted to be not grey. It would be a better visual if offices could make the starting and ending time adjustable, maybe in SM Dispatch Board Setup.
