Job Phases marked as inactive are still pulling into the Phase Code lookup in PR My Timesheet (and Keystyle)

Phase codes marked as inactive (through either PM project phases or JC job phases) are still available for selection in PR My Timesheet (and by extension in Keystyle time cards).  Selecting these phases will not flag an issue until Payroll tries to post, then they get errors.  It seems only logical to prevent these errors by excluding inactive codes from the lookup in the first place.

    In the meantime, you can customize your lookups yourself if you have the UD module. I've posted the steps for a custom phase lookup on my blog, see my site link below. The instructions show how to change it in PR TImecard Entry which will change the lookup in Keystyle. You can use the same process to update PR My TImesheet. If you don't have the UD Module, I could create a SQL script for you.
