We have custom PR templates set up as we have projects with different fringes, wage decisions, etc. We attach a specific PR template in the Job Master, yet when PR keys time in Time Card Entry and they hit F4 on the Class field - it lists every single class that is in existence and not the ones associated with the template for the job number they entered in previous fields.
Not only is this a huge headache - but it causes issues with keying errors then having to be sorted out before Certifieds can be submitted. It does not make sense to attach custom templates to the job if PR employees can still pick the wrong class codes when they enter time. We have minimal staff, huge volume of time cards and this exponentially increases the errors that occur.
Please have this addressed so that we can either choose to limit the F4 look-ups to the pre-arranged PR templates or make it standard so that the class look-up is limited to the PR Template, if one exists in the Job Master.
