When entering a General Ledger Journal Entry, there is a field in the form for “Date”. After entry and save of each line of the Journal Entry, the date field changes back to today’s date and must be overridden for each line entry. 99.9999% of the time, I use the same date for every line in the Journal Entry. I would like the date to default to the date entered on the first line of the Journal Entry. In JC Cost Adjustments, you only enter the date once on the first line and it defaults that date on all subsequent lines. It would be very nice to have the GL Journal Entry date work the same way as the JC Cost Adjustments entry form.

YES! For those super long entries, it gets very annoying and slows everything down to have to change the date on every single one.
