Cover Page - Needs to be removed from all reports

When looking at reports, the parameters should be shown in the header of each report.  Lets take the "JC Detail" report for example. With the current update 6.18.8, the cover page can be removed but the information chosen in parameters is not in the header.  So if a user is looking at a multi page report over a period of time, the user has to remember what parameters were selected or continuously look back a t page 1.  The cover page is useless to me unless I'm downloading the report into excel.  If I was downloading a report into excel on a continuous basis I would use the Spreadsheet Server software.

So, I would like for 1) the cover page to be removed as the default option (if a user wants the cover page the user should have to select to add the cover page) and 2) the selected parameters to be returned to the header.

  The cover page is optional within all reports offering one

  This can be set to No and hidden from report launcher in RP Report Parameters. No real reason to remove it for folks that might like the cover page.
