This used to be something we could do, but a recent update took this ability away from us (confirmed through a support request on the issue that said there was a change made recently that affected how EFTs are processed in Vista, and prevented re-use of the CM Ref as it follows a separate convention than the check pay types).
This is an important ability for us to have as we have very specific naming conventions on our EFTs and we have a number of scenarios arise where we need to void the payment and re-use the same CM Ref just as we would with a normal check.
