Add PR Dept to "PR My Timesheet"

Many of our employees have time that needs to be coded to different departments.  If the employee has the option while entering their time sheet it would save everyone time and key strokes because right now they need to enter the department changes in the memo field and when the time sheet comes through to payroll I need to change the department according to the notes in the memo field.
