It would be of great time savings to have an option on each job to set automatic lien waiver generation. My idea would be to have an auto lien waiver option on the vendor master and also the JC Job Master so that any vendor setup to print lien waivers, would look to the job and then only print for those jobs. My thought would be that when you print weekly checks, any vendors on those jobs would automatically have a lien waiver report created per job that could print when you print overflow. Or create a separate print option on the Print Checks screen.

ProContractor seems to have this function. Why not Vista?
This should be high priority. With so many suggestions and requests for assistance with this item, it needs to put ont he fast track.
With all of the capabilities of Vista it is surprising there is not something like this with lien waiver tracking. As a GC, this is an essential role in our collection process.
