There is an article that explains how to setup default reviewer groups for other modules, but not Service Management.
It would be nice to allow them for Work Orders as well.

My main intent for the request is for Multi-Level Approval for SM Work Orders.
reviewer groups for multi-level approval on SM Work Orders
On an SM Work Order for a job, the AP invoice defaults to the Job Reviewer, not the Work Order reviewer. We wanted the Work Order reviewer to approve the invoice (not the Job reviewer).
Individual Reviewers can be assigned by SM Work Orders, SM Service Sites, SM Customers, or SM Service Centers. Are you requesting Reviewer Groups for multi-level approval or something else?
