During PR Timecard Entry SM Work Orders default certified payroll to yes instead of no. The system to look at the Work Order and mark it certified based on the Work Order set up. We had 600 pages of SM Work Order Certified Payroll Reports after entering payroll the first time after going live. The Work Order set up asks you to make it certified with a beginning date it should use that field during payroll as it does on the Project module.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
The problem with the current report for SM WO's is the detail is being pull from the Time card records, so if you don't have the work order marked as Certified at the time of payroll (no one ever forgets to check that box ;) ), the report does not work. The report should use the certified check box to pull all payroll records in for a specific pay period regardless of whether or not it was checked at the time payroll was processed.
