A timecard entered in EM Maintenance Timecard Entry updates as a Payroll mechanic timecard in PR module

It would be useful for supervisors to enter mechanics' timecards directly in the EM module to be processed by the payroll coordinator in the PR module. 

To be able to let mechanics themselves enter their time directly into Vista for supervisor approval, I would imagine the process would look something like this:

  1. EM Maintenance Timecard Entry - mechanics enter their hours to the appropriate work order or piece of equipment
  2. A supervisor approves each mechanic's timecard for the week through a workflow  "timecard approval" process in the EM module
  3. The timecards get sent to Payroll, most likely interfaced through PR Payroll Process by the payroll coordinator, to process the mechanic's time into the current pay period
  4. Mechanics are paid normally through the Payroll module in accordance with the relevant PR setup rules
