Add the ability to Link a piece of equipment to an employee so that the equipment is automatically entered on the timecard with the employee for the same hours and same job.
A simple way to do this would be to add a setting (per employee) that if that employee is entered into a PR Timecard Entry line, to auto populate the linked equipment (See Red box in attachment).
I could think of more advanced uses where one may want to bill say a foremen’s pickup, laptop & cellphone all to the job for the same hours as the foremen.

Update - Viewpoint Support reached out to me to explain that if you add the equipment to "PR Employee Master>>Add'l Info Tab>>Equipment Info" section, the equipment will be automatically added to PR Timecard Entries for that employee.
This doesn't solve it for multiple pieces of equipment, but for most uses, this will do the trick.
This could also be accomplished using PR Auto Earnings if a 4th option was added to the Equipment usage section(green box in attachment). This option would only require EM CO, Equipment & Revenue Code. And it would pull the Usages units and Job info from that employee in PR Timecard Entry for that week.
This would also allow more than one linked equipment per employee by adding multiple entries.
