If an employer has more than one location within the state, the state of Minnesota requires that a location code be attached to the employee. We currently are manually recording the employee's location to the Unemployment Process under the Employee tab in the Rpt Unit # column. We currently entered approximately 600 employee locations on our most recent quarterly filing & it took approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
We will investigate as a regulatory requirement.
