If a person is responsible for the costs in one or more GL accounts, they should be able to see the GL information and invoice drilldown. Now they have to create an excel file and keep copies of invoices to account for these costs.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
Suggestion:
Customize the report to enable them to see only the GL accounts they are responsible for. If you have anyone with a little Crystal Report experience, this is an easy fix.
