If you have a customized form that contains for example; buttons, drop-lists or fields that don't come with Viewpoint by default, you may want the ability to link customized documents or web pages to certain forms/fields (upon pressing F1). Or you may simply not follow the exact "best practices" prescribed by Vista. In any event, whenever there is any sort of customization done on your environment, it is very useful to be able to link your own documents or web pages into the form (upon pressing F1 for help)

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
